Service details
A loft may contain light boxes beside awkward furniture, fragile keepsakes and forgotten electrical items. Separate anything to retain before the team arrives and send pictures of both the contents and the route downstairs.
We do not ask teams to carry items down unsafe ladders or through unsupported hatches. Fixed stairs, headroom, lighting and fragile ceilings must be discussed before booking.

How this service works
Include wide views and individual bulky items.
Include hatch, stairs, landings and the exit.
Create a clear keep zone before collection day.
The team checks access, confirms the price and removes the agreed items.

Practical details
Keep landings and stairs clear, provide suitable lighting and identify weak flooring or restricted headroom. Items should not be balanced near the hatch.
If the loft is only reachable by a loose ladder, discuss alternatives before booking; the team will not improvise unsafe access.
