Garden clearance is often less about one large item and more about volume: branches, bags of leaves, hedge cuttings, old planters and outdoor pieces quickly fill the available space. We assess the mix before collection so green waste is not confused with soil, rubble or treated timber.
Access matters. If the only route is through the home, down steps or along a narrow shared passage, tell us when booking. Bagging loose leaves and small cuttings helps protect the route and makes loading more efficient.
We can remove general garden waste and selected outdoor items, but the service is not tree surgery, landscaping or excavation. Large roots, substantial soil loads and specialist materials need to be discussed separately.
Practical details
Access is part of the garden clearance.
A neat pile beside a driveway is different from the same volume at the end of a long terraced garden. Photos of both the waste and route help us judge labour and carrying distance.
If gardeners or landscapers are still working, group the finished waste before the collection team arrives. This avoids mixing tools, retained materials and new deliveries with items due to be removed.

01What garden waste do you collect?
We can assess branches, hedge cuttings, leaves, weeds, plants, bagged green waste and selected outdoor furniture or planters.
02Do you collect soil and turf?
Small or moderate quantities may be considered, but soil is heavy and must be described accurately. It should be kept separate from green waste.
03Do I need to bag leaves and cuttings?
Bagging loose material is strongly recommended. Longer branches can be bundled so they can be carried safely.
04Can you remove waste through the house?
Potentially, if there is a safe, protected route. Share photos and details of steps, flooring and narrow doors before booking.
05Is tree cutting included?
No. This is a collection and clearance service, not tree surgery or landscaping. Waste should be cut and ready for safe removal.
06Can pesticides or garden chemicals be collected?
No. Chemicals and unidentified liquids need a specialist hazardous-waste route.
