What does Rubbish Please do?

Rubbish Please provide waste removal services anywhere in London. Call us today on 020 3404 5556 to find out about the range of rubbish clearance services we offer at unbeatable prices.

Are you insured to do this work?

The waste collectors are completely insured. We will cover any damage caused to a customer's premises when removing rubbish from the property.

Are you licensed to do this work?

Yes. We are fully certified by the Environment Agency to collect, transport and dispose of waste.

What type of things can you remove?

Rubbish Please can dispose of just about anything, including:

  • construction waste such as mortar, plaster, bricks, old piping, flooring and tiles
  • old furniture such as beds, armchairs, sofas and cupboards
  • electrical goods such as computers, fridges, freezers, washing machines and TVs
  • garden waste such as leaves, earth, dead plants, grass and other organic materials, fencing and rusted tools
  • office waste such as IT equipment disposal and discreet paper shredding services

Are you certified to carry hazardous waste?

No. We are not certified to carry hazardous waste. To get rid of hazardous materials, you best contact your local council. They would be able to provide you with information on local waste carriers who can take care of your hazardous waste.

What can’t Rubbish Please dispose of?

We are unable to deal with toxic materials such as chemicals and asbestos due to the health safety requirements of the employees and legals reasons, but can deal with anything else.

Why should I use Rubbish Please rather than renting a skip?

Getting Rubbish Please to dispose of your waste rather than using a skip has numerous advantages. The waste removers will do all the manual labour for you rather than having to load the skip yourself, and you can also avoid the hassle of applying for a permit from the council to have the skip on the street. Plus, rather than paying a flat fee for the skip, we will only charge you depending on the exact volume and weight of waste we remove so you can be sure that you will be getting value for your money.

How do you charge?

Because we normally charge by volume, you can be sure that you will be getting value for money. We only charge by weight when dealing with particularly heavy materials such as rubble or soil, and our price includes all labour, equipment and recycling costs. Local council regulations mean that we have no choice but to charge a little extra for items such as televisions and refrigerators, but you can be sure that these extra costs will still be extremely reasonable.

Why can't you give me an exact price over the phone?

Our prices are based on the amount and weight of the rubbish for collection, and whether it is easily accessible. The final price is confirmed on site from the waste collection team.

Is there any charge if I'm not happy with the final price given on site?

The estimate given over the phone is approximate and shouldn't be taken as final. The final price is always confirmed on site. However, if the price given on site is over your budget, there is no obligation charge.

Why are there additional charges?

Our prices is based on the amount of waste for collection. However, for some items, such as fridges, car tires, there are additional eco taxes applicable on top of the price.

Do you provide a same-day service?

Yes, we offer a same-day service, which means we could pick up your rubbish within 2 hours of your call. Unfortunately, we may not always be able to collect your waste right away due to the many bookings we receive daily. Therefore, we recommend giving us a notice at least a day or two in advance in order to ensure your rubbish removal is scheduled for the most suitable time to you.

Do I have to be at the property to have the job done?

Not always. We could pick up your waste even when there is nobody at the property. We will need only access to the waste for collection and list of items. Once on site, the technicians will give you a call with an exact quote. If you agree with the quoted price, we will proceed with the waste collection.

What is your working time?

Our services are available 24/7. We could pick up your waste at any time convenient to you, including outside ordinary business hours. We provide rubbish collection on weekends, and bank holidays as well.

How much time will it take to collect my rubbish?

The time to complete the collection depends on the volume of the rubbish.

What do you do with the junk?

After we have collected the rubbish, the team will transport it to the nearest reuse and recycling centre where waste is savely disposed.

What type of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept the following types of payment: Cash, Bank Transfer, Debit and Credit Cards

Do you recycle?
